Inspired by his experience working around the world in front of the lens as a model, founder Alex Dask saw the opportunity in the market for timepieces of high quality that are on trend, effortlessly wearable and most importantly, affordable. Launching online in May 2015 Wanderlust Watches are here to inspire your everyday.
Travel and cultural experience are the essence of this brand with Alex describing Wanderlust as a “Strong desire to travel with a mission to get people to take the time to explore. We believe you learn a lot from being immersed in other cultures and we think everyone should have the right to experience this
The first two collections New York and London feature transitional simplicity at their core, they are designed to suit the lifestyle of their wearer from coastal holidays in Santorini to racing around on a bike after brunch in Manhattan. New (closely guarded) city collections will be coming soon and I am sure that they will bring the same clean luxe feel to the Wanderlust World.
What set’s Wanderlust apart from most new companies is their passion for “Doing Good”. After watching the BBC Documentary 'Tigers about the house' which follows Giles Clark, Head of Big Cats at Australia Zoo, as he hand rears Sumatran Tigers, Alex who is highly passionate about conservation knew he wanted to help make a difference. Partnering with Australia Zoo Wildlife Warriors, Wanderlust supports The Tiger 511 Project and donates a portion of every watch sold to this amazing project. https://www.australiazoo.com.au/conservation/projects/tigers/]
The product starting at $109 USD @ $155 AUD is available from http://www.wanderlustwatches.com.au/ and selected retailers.
